No-Churn Ice Cream
No-churn ice cream is a popular and easy method for making homemade ice cream without an ice cream maker. Here's a basic recipe for making no-churn ice cream:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream, chilled
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Flavorings and mix-ins of your choice (e.g., chocolate chips, fruit, cookies, etc.)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. You can use an electric mixer or a whisk.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. Be careful not to overmix; you want to keep the mixture light and airy.

- Transfer the mixture to a lidded container, such as a loaf pan or an airtight container.
- Cover the container and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the ice cream to set.
