Bread Pizza
Bread pizza is a quick and easy snack that you can make at home. Here's a simple recipe for bread pizza:
Ingredients:
- Slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or your preferred type)
- Pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, etc.)
- Dried oregano
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet or a pizza stone.
- Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce or marinara sauce on each bread slice.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering the bread evenly.
- Add your desired toppings over the cheese layer. You can use a variety of vegetables, meats, or a combination of both.
- Sprinkle some dried oregano and red pepper flakes (if desired) over the toppings for added flavor.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the assembled bread pizzas to help them brown and crisp up.
- Place the baking sheet or pizza stone in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
- Once done, remove the bread pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two.
- Cut each bread pizza into smaller slices or serve them as whole slices.
