Ingredients for Fried Chicken:
- 2 pounds chicken wings or drumsticks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss chicken wings or drumsticks in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully add coated chicken to the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- In a separate mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey or corn syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until the sauce is well mixed and smooth.
- Adjust sweetness or spiciness to taste by adding more honey or gochujang, respectively.

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
