Cottage Cookies


  • 100g (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 250g (1 1/2 cups) of cottage cheese
  • 120g (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 300g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
  • 4g (1 tsp) of baking powder


1. In a bowl mix together all ingredients, blend it until smooth and add in flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. Let it rest for 10 minutes, roll out the dough and make the cookies.

3. Dip into the sugar and transfer to the baking pan.

4. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
