Potato Baskets

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of potatoes
  • 30g (1 1/2 tbsp) of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 30g (2 tbsp) of parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 100g of cheese
  • 100g of ham
  • Chives

METHOD

1. Peel the potatoes and transfer them to the pot with the water. Let them boil for 30 minutes and then remove from the heat. Transfer them to the bowl.

2. Add the butter into the bowl with the potatoes and mash them to absorb the butter well. Add the salt, pepper, parmesan, and egg and mix with the fork to obtain a compact mixture.

3. Transfer the mixture to the piping bag and form the basket on the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 10 minutes.

4. After 10 minutes remove the pan from the oven and fill the baskets with the cheese and ham cubes. Sprinkle with chives in each basket.

5. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 10 minutes.
