Ingredients

  • Kathal - 500 grams
  • Water for boil - 2 litre
  • Rice - 1 glass
  • For rice boil -
  • Water - 2 litter
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1 mace
  • Black cardamom - 1
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1/4 cup
  • Onion - 1/2 cup
  • Shah jeera - 1 tsp

For biryani:

  • Onion - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 1tsp
  • Green chilli - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Biryani masala - 1.5 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Curd - 4 tbsp
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Fried kathal
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Sprinkle garam masala and biryani masala
  • Saffron milk - 3 to 4 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Add boiled rice
  • Repeat same process
  • Add fried onion
  • Covered foil paper
