  • 4 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pappardelle pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Place the broccoli florets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to evenly coat the broccoli.
