Air Fryer Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- 220g (1 ¼ cups) of chocolate chips
- 115g (½ cup) of butter
- 40g (¼ cup) of cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 100g (1 cup) of sugar
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 80g (⅔ cup) of flour
- ½ tsp of salt
METHOD
1. Add the butter to a bowl with chocolate chips. Melt.
2. Add cocoa powder and mix.
3. Pour the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and vanilla, and beat very well.
4. Add the chocolate mixture and mix again.
5. Gradually add the flour, add the salt, and mix very well.
6. Pour the mixture into a square tray, and place it in the air fryer.
7. Cook for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
8. Let cool and cut into squares.
