Banana Rolls


  • Banana
  • Puff pastry
  • Milk
  • Sugar


1. Peel and cut a banana into thin slices.

2. Arrange several rows of banana slices neatly on a sheet of puff pastry, leaving a space between each row.

3. Roll up the puff pastry and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

4. Cut the roll into medium-sized slices.

5. Place on a baking tray. Brush each slice with milk and add a little sugar.

6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
