- 680g ( 1 1/2 lbs) of ground beef
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Cheddar cheese slices
- 80g (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- Iceberg lettuce shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 dill pickles, sliced
