Pastry Cups
INGREDIENTS
- 160g of soft butter
- 100g (5 tbsp) of sugar powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 370 g (3 cups) of flour
- Custard
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Whipped cream
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together butter with sugar powder egg, ground hazelnuts, vanilla extract, and flour.
2. Press the prepared butter into the cups.
3. Bake at 150°C/340°F for 30 minutes.
4. Fill with custard, fruits, and whipped cream.
