Pastry Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 160g of soft butter
  • 100g (5 tbsp) of sugar powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp ground hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 370 g (3 cups) of flour
  • Custard
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Whipped cream

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together butter with sugar powder egg, ground hazelnuts, vanilla extract, and flour.

2. Press the prepared butter into the cups.

3. Bake at 150°C/340°F for 30 minutes.

4. Fill with custard, fruits, and whipped cream.
