Potato cubes

INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

METHOD

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Place them in a bowl with water. Let sit for 10 minutes, then cook for 5 minutes with salt. Let dry.

2. Place the potatoes in a bag, add cornstarch, close, and mix well.

3. Dip each potato cube in a bowl with a beaten egg. Cover each cube with breadcrumbs. Fry until golden.
