Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings
- Salt, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Using a sharp knife, make a few shallow cuts on each chicken wing. This helps the seasoning penetrate the meat and allows for even cooking.

- Once cooked, transfer the fried chicken wings to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the Teba Shio hot with lemon wedges on the side. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken wings before eating to add a tangy flavor.
