Teba Shio - Salted Chicken Wing
Teba Shio, or Salted Chicken Wings, is a popular Japanese dish known for its crispy and flavorful chicken wings seasoned with salt.
Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings
- Salt, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Using a sharp knife, make a few shallow cuts on each chicken wing. This helps the seasoning penetrate the meat and allows for even cooking.
