INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml (2/5 cup) milk
  • 7g of dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g of parmesan cheese
  • 500g (4 cups) of flour
  • 250g (1 cup) of yogurt
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds
  • Baked ham
  • Mozzarella cheese

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together milk, dry yeast, add in eggs, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, yogurt, flour, and salt.

2. Transfer half of the dough to the baking pan, add baked ham and cheese, and cover with another half of the dough.

3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let it rise for 2 hours.

4. They bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
