  • 5 eggs
  • 420g (1 ⅓ cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 270g (1 cup) mascarpone
  • 220ml (⅔ cup+1 tbsp) full-fat cream
  • 220ml (⅔ cup+1 tbsp) cream


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, both types of cream, condensed milk, and room-temperature mascarpone cheese.

3. Pour the mixture into a square 20x20cm baking pan lined with parchment.

4. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool down completely before removing from the pan and slicing.
