INGREDIENTS
- 5 eggs
- 420g (1 ⅓ cup) sweetened condensed milk
- 270g (1 cup) mascarpone
- 220ml (⅔ cup+1 tbsp) full-fat cream
- 220ml (⅔ cup+1 tbsp) cream
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, both types of cream, condensed milk, and room-temperature mascarpone cheese.
3. Pour the mixture into a square 20x20cm baking pan lined with parchment.
4. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool down completely before removing from the pan and slicing.
