Mumbai Street Style Cheese Masala Pav
Masala Pav is a unique recipe which you get on the streets of Mumbai but I am going to make it more interesting & yummy by adding some cheese. - 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Crushed/Paste Ginger Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilis
- 1 Capsicum
- Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2-3 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Fresh Coriander
- Butter
- Red Chili Powder
- Fresh Coriander
- Pav
- Cheese
2nd VERSION:
- Butter
- Finely Chopped Garlic
- Sliced Onion
- Sliced Capsicum
- Salt
- Cubed Pieces of Pav
- 3-4 tbsp Prepared Base Gravy
- Fresh Coriander
- Cheese
- Red Chili Flakes
