Easy Chicken Alfredo

Easy Chicken Alfredo

Easy Chicken Alfredo is a simple and delicious pasta dish that combines tender chicken with a creamy and flavorful Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or any pasta of your choice
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and butter to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it with the Alfredo sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional minute to heat the chicken through.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it with the sauce and chicken until everything is well combined and coated in the sauce.
  8. Remove the skillet from the heat and let it sit for a minute to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
  9. Serve the Easy Chicken Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.

Enjoy this creamy and flavorful dish as a satisfying main course. You can also serve it with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
