Honey salmon bites
INGREDIENTS
- Salmon filet
- Corn flakes
- Egg
- Salt & pepper
- Honey
- Spray oil
METHOD
1. Cut a salmon fillet into cubes.
2. Beat an egg and dip the cubes into the egg.
3. Crush corn flakes and cover each salmon cube.
4. Place in the air fryer basket.
5. Add a little cooking spray and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
6. Pour some honey on top of the cubes and season with salt and pepper.
