Potato focaccias

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 rolls of puff pastry
  • 8 slices of cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Bacon cubes
  • Parmesan
  • Dry oregano

METHOD

1. Cut the potatoes into slices and grate the zucchini and set aside.

2. On the cutting board unroll the puff pastry and arrange the cheese slices. Arrange the grated zucchini, add the salt, and bacon cubes, and sprinkle with parmesan.

3. Close with another roll and press the edges to seal it well on all sides.

4. Arrange the potato slices on top and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with dry oregano and parmesan.

5. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 35 minutes. Cut on slices and serve.
