Cheesy Chicken Tikka with Loaded Fries
Chicken tikka with fries and sauce
- Curd - 4 tbsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Mix it well
- You may add food colour or paprika powder to enhance the colour
- Add chicken (boneless)
- Mix it well
- Rest it for 20 mins
- After 20 mins, mix it
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil
- Add marinated chicken
- Cover and cook it on medium flame
- Cook it for 15-17 mins
- Keep stirring in between
- Chicken tikka is ready
- Turn off the flame
- Heat 1/3 cup of milk
- Add 2-3 cheese slices
- Add 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes
- Add 1/2 tsp of oregano
- Cook it for one minute
- Cheese sauce is ready
- Fry readymade French fries
- Put chicken tikka in serving plate
- Add French fries
- Pour cheese sauce on top
- Garnish with olives and chilli flakes
- Serve hot
