Cheesy Chicken Tikka with Loaded Fries

Chicken tikka with fries and sauce

  • Curd - 4 tbsp
  • Paprika powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  1. Mix it well
  2. You may add food colour or paprika powder to enhance the colour
  3. Add chicken (boneless)
  4. Mix it well
  5. Rest it for 20 mins
  6. After 20 mins, mix it
  7. Heat 3 tbsp of oil
  8. Add marinated chicken
  9. Cover and cook it on medium flame
  10. Cook it for 15-17 mins
  11. Keep stirring in between
  12. Chicken tikka is ready
  13. Turn off the flame
  14. Heat 1/3 cup of milk
  15. Add 2-3 cheese slices
  16. Add 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes
  17. Add 1/2 tsp of oregano
  18. Cook it for one minute
  19. Cheese sauce is ready
  20. Fry readymade French fries
  21. Put chicken tikka in serving plate
  22. Add French fries
  23. Pour cheese sauce on top
  24. Garnish with olives and chilli flakes
  25. Serve hot
