Meat cups


  • 600g chicken breast
  • 300g mushrooms
  • 200g onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Grated potatoes


1. Cook diced onion and mushrooms.

2. Flatten several chicken breasts, place one in a bowl, and push down with your fingers to coat the inside of the bowl.

3. Add a tablespoon of the mushroom mixture, add the grated potato, push down well, and close in the edges.

4. Flip the bowl over to form a dome with the chicken breast.

5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
