Egg sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • Slice bread
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Melted butter

METHOD

1. Place several circles of ham and a slice of cheese on top of a slice of bread and top with another slice of bread.

2. Cut the center of a slice of bread and place it on top of the sandwich.

3. Pour an egg into the hole.

4. Coat the edges of each sandwich with melted butter.

5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
