Creamy White Cheese Pudding


  • 40g Water
  • 8g Powdered gelatin
  • 100g Cream cheese 100g
  • 40g Granulated sugar
  • Vanilla essence
  • 150g Heavy Whipping cream(42%fat)
  • 200g Milk
  • Topping: whipped cream


① Add powdered gelatin to water. Once the gelatin softens, microwave it for 30 seconds at 600W to dissolve.

② Put cream cheese in a bowl and microwave it for 50 seconds at 600W to soften.

③ Add sugar, vanilla essence, dissolved gelatin, heavy cream, and milk in that order, and mix well.

④ Pour the mixture into pudding molds and chill in the refrigerator until set.

⑤ Whip the heavy cream and pipe it on top of the pudding. It's ready to serve!
