Veg Pulao

Veg masala rice :

  • Rice - 1 glass
  • Wash it properly
  • Heat 4 tbsp of oil
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Black cardamom - 1
  • Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
  • Bay leave - 1
  • Hing - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Raw peanuts - 4 tbsp
  • Potato - 1/4 cup
  • Cauliflower- 1/4 cup
  • French Beans - 1/4 cup
  • Carrot - 1/4 cup
  • Green peas - 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  • Tomato - 1/4 cup
  • Fry it for 3- 4 minutes
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Add washed rice
  • Mix it well
  • Add 1.75 glass of water
  • Add salt to taste
  • 2 whistles on high flame
  • Turn off the flame

Serve with Dahi and salad
