This beautiful creation of Jeremy Oertel combines the funk of Smith & Cross with the bitter notes of Campari to bring you a version of the Mai Tai that just might take the place of the original recipe as a fan favourite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz / 45 ml Campari
  • 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml aged Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)
  • 1/2 oz / 15 ml dry curacao
  • 1 oz / 30 ml lime juice
  • 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml orgeat
