Jay Rayner has set the contestants a test to make a fresh pasta dish. Rebecca is elevating this by remaking Carbonara a different way through a Flavoured Raviolo filled with Parmesan and Ricotta Mousse and an Egg Yolk, with Crispy Pancetta and Parmesan and White Pepper Tuille and a side of Rosemary and Garlic Flatbread. The judges loved this take!
