Quick Pastries
INGREDIENTS
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 150g (1/2 cup) + 30g (2 tbsp) of tomato sauce
- 60g (3/4 cup) of parmesan
- 150g of cheese
- Parsley
- 1 egg for egg wash
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and spread the tomato sauce in half. Add parmesan, cheese, and parsley.
2. Brush the edges with egg wash and fold over with the other half. Seal it well first pressing with the fork and then with the fingers.
3. Make the light cross cuts on the surface and spread the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
4. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 25 minutes. Cut on slices after baking and serve.
