Heart Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 80g (1/3 cup) of melted butter
  • 300g (1 3/4 cups) of flour
  • 14g (1 tsp) of baking powder
  • 350g (1 1/3 cups) of yogurt
  • 200g (1 cup) of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 40g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
  • 100g (1/3 cup) of yogurt

METHOD

1. In a bowl beat together eggs with sugar, add in butter, yogurt, vanilla extract, flour, and baking powder.

2. Divide 1/4 of the dough and add cocoa powder and yogurt to it.

3. Add 8-10 tablespoons of dark dough to the pan and make the hearts.

4. Top with white dough and repeat with dark hearts.

5. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.
