- Besan -1/2 cup
- Water - 1.5 cups
- Asafoetida -1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds -1 tsp
- Cumin seeds -1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 12
- Green chilli garlic paste -1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -1 tsp
- Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
- Lemon juice -1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
For Bhakri:
- Jowar flour
- Salt
- Water
For thecha :
- Raw peanuts - 4 tbsp
- Garlic cloves - 14
- Green chilli - 4
- Curry leaves - 6
- Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
- Salt -1/2 tsp
