- ½ Tspn Salt
- Mix
- 1/3 Cup Water (Add Gradually)
- Make Dough
- 2 Raw Grated Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Onion
- 2 Green Chilli
- ½ Tspn Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- ½ Tspn Cumin
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
- Mix Well
- Keep Aside
- Divide the Dough into 4 Pieces
- Roll the Dough Pieces
- Tomato Sauce
- Potato Mixture
- Cover With another Roti
- Repeat the Process
- Cover Well
- Grease Oil in a Pan
- Boil Some Water
- Steam For 10 Min.
Flour Slurry:
- ¼ Cup Flour
- ½ Cup Water
- Mix Well
- Cool Down For 5 Min.
- Cut Into Pieces
- Dip In Flour Slurry
- Fry in Medium Heated Oil
- Fry For 5-7 Min.
