Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • Mix
  • 1/3 Cup Water (Add Gradually)
  • Make Dough
  • 2 Raw Grated Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • Mix Well
  • Keep Aside
  • Divide the Dough into 4 Pieces
  • Roll the Dough Pieces
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Potato Mixture
  • Cover With another Roti
  • Repeat the Process
  • Cover Well
  • Grease Oil in a Pan
  • Boil Some Water
  • Steam For 10 Min.

Flour Slurry:

  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Water
  • Mix Well
  • Cool Down For 5 Min.
  • Cut Into Pieces
  • Dip In Flour Slurry
  • Fry in Medium Heated Oil
  • Fry For 5-7 Min.
