INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 6 Slice of Bread

Cut the Edges

Cut Into Pieces

Pour In Blender

Make Crumb

  • 3 Tbsp Custard Powder
  • ½ Cup Milk

Mix Well

Keep Aside

Making Caramel:

  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Water

Cook Until Caramelized

Pour In 6 Inch Mould

  • 1 & ½ Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar

Let It Boil

Turn Off the Flame

Add Custard Mixture

Keep Stirring

Add Bread Crumbs (Add Gradually)

Mix Well

Pour In Mould

Spread Well

Boil Some Water

Steam for 30-35 Min.

Cool Down

Keep In Fridge for 1 Hour
