Sausage Spirals


  • 8-10 hot dogs sausages


  • 160ml (3/5 cup) of lukewarm water
  • 250g (1 1/2 cups) flour
  • 4 g dried yeast
  • 4g (1 tsp) sugar
  • 6g (1 tsp) salt


1. In a bowl mix together warm water, sugar, and yeast, add in flour and salt.

2. Let it rise for 2 hours.

3. Pull the sausage onto a skewer and cut the spiral.

4. Add the dough to the spiral and fry it in the hot oil on each side for 3 minutes.
