INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Suji
  • 1 Tbsp Gram Flour

Mix Well

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 110 Ml Water

Make Dough

Keep Aside

Veg Stuffing:

  • 1 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup Paneer
  • 1 Tbsp Green Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Carrot
  • 1 Tbsp Onion
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin

Mix Well

Take Some Dough

Roll

Spread Veg Mixture

Fold

Roll

Fry In Medium Heat

Oil

Fry Both Sides Well
