Stuffed Zucchini Focaccia


  • 200g of zucchini
  • 320g (3 cups) of flour
  • 70ml (1/3 cup) of water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Slices of cheese
  • Ham
  • Garlic powder


1. Grate the zucchini, squeeze to remove the liquid, and place in a bowl. Add flour, water, olive oil, salt, pepper, and mix very well.

2. Divide the dough into two, place a ball into a pan, and spread over the pan.

3. Place cheese, and ham on top. Add the other half of the dough.

4. Cook until brown.
