Milk Agar Jelly with Fruit
Ingredients
Container capacity 1000ml
- 700g Milk
- 8g Powdered agar
- 40g Sugar
- 50g Condensed milk
- 450g Canned mandarin oranges
- 8 grains Canned cherry
- 2 kiwis
【Directions】
①Cut the kiwi fruit into bite-sized pieces. Drain the canned mandarin oranges.
②Use any container you like, such as a Tupperware. Arrange the fruits beautifully along the sides and bottom of the container for an attractive presentation.
③In a saucepan, combine the milk and powdered gelatin and mix well. Place it over medium heat.
④Heat the mixture for about 3 minutes, just before it starts to boil, to dissolve the gelatin. Stir gently from the bottom of the pot while mixing. Be careful not to let it boil, as the milk may separate.
⑤Remove the saucepan from heat and add the sugar and condensed milk. Stir well to combine.
⑥Strain the mixture into a bowl. This step removes any undissolved gelatin and milk film.
⑦Pour a small amount of the mixture into the Tupperware with the arranged fruits. Once it slightly sets, add all the remaining fruits from the bowl into the mixture and pour it into the Tupperware.
⑧Refrigerate the Tupperware for at least half a day until fully set. It tastes better when thoroughly chilled.
