Rice Pudding
Join me and my mum in what may be one of my chaotic videos yet - a valiant attempt to recreate my nan’s classic 80s rice pudding recipe with a homemade strawberry jam. We’ve got dogs, trips down memory lane, and some absolute madness! All I can say is, don’t expect a proper recipe at the end of this!
Ingredients list:
Classic Rice Pudding
- Long grain white rice
- Boiled water
- 2tbsp sugar
- Milk
Homemade Strawberry Jam
- 500g strawberries
- 250g jam sugar
- 1 Lemon, zest only
- 50ml Water
