INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • Salt as Per Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix Well

  • 1/3 Cup Water (Add Gradually)

Make Dough

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tspn Grated Ginger
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tspn Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Tspn Onion

Mix Well

Flour Slurry:

  • 3 Tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Water

Mix Well

Take Some Dough

Roll

Green Sauce

Tomato Sauce

Spread Potato Mixture

Fold as Shown

Cut Into Pieces

Dip In Flour Slurry

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-6 Min.
