Hot Dog Puff Pastry Rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 140g of tomato paste
- 130g of parmesan cheese
- 8 sausages
- Egg yolk
For the dough:
- 330ml (1 2/5 cups) water
- 500g (4 cups) of flour
- 7g of dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp of salt
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together lukewarm water with yeast, and add in flour and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough cut it into strips and fill with tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, and sausages.
- Transfer to the pan, and make the cuts on the top spread with egg wash.
- Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
