Strawberry Cannoli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 360g cottage cheese
  • 80g (1/3 cup) vanilla powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Milk (for brushing)
  • Strawberries

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together cottage cheese with powdered sugar.

2. Divide puff pastry into 6 pieces and fill with cheese mixture and strawberries. Spread with egg yolk.

3. Bake at 190°C/370°F for 25 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
