  • 240 ml (1cup) boiling water
  • 35 g (3 Tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 3 g(1.5 tsp) instant coffee powder
  • 5 g(1.5 tsp) gelatin powder (or 2 gelatin leaves)
  • 2 Tbsp water

[Milk Coffee Jelly]

  • 120 ml(1/2 cup) boiling water
  • 120 ml(1/2 cup) milk (cold)
  • 35 g (3 Tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 3 g(1.5 tsp) instant coffee powder
  • 5 g(1.5 tsp) gelatin powder (or 2 gelatin leaves)
  • 2 Tbsp water

[Panna cotta]

  • 180 ml(3/4 cup) heavy cream
  • 180 ml(3/4 cup) milk
  • 35 g(3 Tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 5 g(1.5 tsp) gelatin powder (or 2 gelatin leaves)
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
