  • 10 g (1 Tbsp) cornstarch
  • 15 g (1 Tbsp) unsalted butter
  • 15 g (1 Tbsp) milk
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp

[sugar syrup]

  • 30 g (2 Tbsp) hot water
  • 15 g (1 Tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 2 drops vanilla extract

[Whipped cream]

  • 400 g (1 and 2/3 cup) heavy cream
  • 40 g (1/5 cup) granulated sugar
  • Strawberries for filling and decoration
