It may seem hard to believe but this cocktail has had originally named the Gin Pesto - and in my opinion it was the name change that save this cocktail from sinking into obscurity!
INGREDIENTS
- 10 Basil leaves
- 2 oz / 60 ml gin (Rutte Celery recommended)
- 1 oz / 30 ml lemon juice
- 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml simple
