Chicken Skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 5g (1/2 tbsp) of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of red pepper powder
  • 4g (1 tsp) of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) of water
  • 120g (3/4 cup) of flour
  • 120g (3/4 cup) of cornstarch
  • 5g of baking powder
  • Cheese seasoning powder
  • 5g (1/2 tbsp) of garlic powder
  • 4g (1/3 tsp) of salt
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) of water

METHOD

1. Cut chicken breasts into pieces, add garlic powder, red pepper powder, salt, black pepper, and water. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cheese seasoning powder, and salt. Add water mix again, and take out lumps of flour.

3. The rest of the flour mix with water.

4. Skewer the chicken pieces, dip them into the wet flour mixture, and then into the flour lumps.

5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
