Walnut Cake


  • 100g of walnuts
  • 180g (4/5 cup) of yogurt
  • 100ml (2/5 cup) of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g (1 cup) of sugar
  • 100 ml (2/5 cup) of vegetable oil
  • 300g (2 1/2 cup) of flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 14g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
  • 400g of condensed milk
  • Walnuts


1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add in milk, yogurt, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and ground walnuts. Sift in flour and baking powder.

2. In the pan add walnuts, top with condensed milk and prepared dough.

3. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
