INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Flour / Maida
  • ½ Tspn Ajwain
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix

  • 1/3 Cup Water (Add Gradually)

Make Dough

Rub Some Oil

Keep Aside

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes

Some Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

Take Some Dough

Roll

Cut In Round Shape

Cut As Shown

Spread Water At Edges

Potato Stuffing

Spread Water

Make Cut Mark

Seal The Edges

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 7-8 Min. In Medium Heat
