Stretchy Ice Cream
Booza, the stretchiest ice cream you've ever seen, is actually made with a 500-year-old technique. The stuff looks (and feels) like frozen Play-Doh, but isn't just some Instagram fad. Stretchy ice cream, which co-owner Michael Sadler will quickly correct you is called "booza", has basically been around forever. It originated in the Eastern Mediterranean and is still the ice cream of choice across Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, and Palestine.
