These white chocolate chip cookies are so easy to make with NO chilling required! They are incredibly soft, chewy, and buttery.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (226g)
- 1 ¼ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed (250g)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk (room temperature preferred)
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (350g)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¾ cups white chocolate chips, plus additional for topping (optional) (300g + additional)
