INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Chickpea

Pour In Blender

Grind In Smooth Powder

Keep Aside

  • 1 Cup Jaggery
  • ½ Cup Water

Let It Boil

Cook Until Jaggery Dissolves

Keep Aside

Roast The Grind Chikpeas Powder

Roast In Low Heat

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Roast For 2-3 Min.

Add Melted Jaggery

Keep Stirring

  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder

Cook Until Separate From The Pan

Make Shape With a Spoon
