Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw Rice
  • Soak For 2 Hours
  • Wash Well
  • Pour In Blender
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • Blend Smooth
  • 2 Tbsp Water (If Needed)
  • Mix Well
  • ½ Tspn Baking Soda
  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  • Mix Well
  • Pour Oil in Appe Pan
  • Add Some Ghee
  • Pour Batter
  • Cook For 3-5 Min. In Low Heat
  • Flip
  • Cook For 2 Min.
