Watermelon Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g of watermelon
  • 2 kiwis
  • 120g (1/2 cup) of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • Melted chocolate

METHOD

1. Blend watermelon and pour it into the ice cream molds, let it freeze, then top with yogurt and vanilla mixture, let it freeze again, and top with blended kiwis. 2. Once it freezes dip it into the melted chocolate.

3. Freeze for 5 minutes more and serve.
